Creating a Test

How many questions can I have on one test?

There is a limit of 40 questions per test, or a total test duration of 4 hours (whichever is reached first).

How long can the test be?

4 hours is the maximum time limit, but we generally recommend that tests are not longer than 2 hours. Each question has its own time limit, and the time limits of all questions add up to the total time of the test.

Where can I find the answers to the questions?

You can see the answers in the candidate report after a candidate completes a test. You’ll be able to compare their answer to our proposed solution.

Which skills do you have tests and questions for?

You can see the full list of skills and topics that we cover in our question library.

Do you have any tests on [Area we don’t cover]

If you’re looking for tests or questions of a skill or topic that we don’t cover at the moment, you can suggest it on our content feedback page, or suggest new features on our features feedback page. We’re continuously working on adding new testing areas based on user demand and feedback, so let us know what you’d like to see.

Why can't we see test cases?

Because for many questions the test suites are very complicated to understand without additional documentation and we believe that opening them up would create more confusion than solve problems. Having said that, if you have specific questions for which you would like to get test suites, let us know at support@testdome.com and we'll see what we can do.
